Expecting a win against the 8th place Seguin Bruins, the bus weary Rangers dropped a disappointing 4-1 decision to the home team tonight. The Rangers just couldn’t score firing 40 shots and not able to score until Brendan Wise scored, unassisted at 12:39 of the 3rd. Seguin led 1-0 at the end of the first and doubled that by the end of the 2nd. An early Bruin goal put the game out of reach before Wise’ late goal. An empty net marker made the final 4-1.Referees Korey Bannerman and Ed Black called 24 penalties with the rangers unable to score on any of their 9 power plays. North York returns home tomorrow to take on a solid Peterborough Stars team from the east division.
