The North York Rangers acquired forward Jacob Buch from the Burlington Cougars for cash considerations.

The 5’10 forward registered 10 points in 17 games with the Cougars. The former London Knights pick adds another offensive touch to this already potent roster. Last year with the Oakville Blades, the 20-year-old tallied 11 goals and 19 points in 27 games.

He will get his first chance to play for NYR this Friday when the team welcomes the Stouffville Spirits to town (2-12-0-1). Puck drop is set for 8 p.m. at the Herbert H. Carnegie Arena.
