Three power play goals sink Rangers in Ajax

A see-saw battle ended mid way through the 3rd with the Attack’s 3rd power play goal as they defeated North York 5-4 this afternoon in the only meeting of the season between these teams. North York had battled back 3 times tying the score at 4-4 at 9:27 of the 3rd when Brendan Wise scored from Anthony Bergin and Connor Tresham but the Attack scored less than a minute later on their 3rd power play goal to give them the win. Zach Pilote , Peter Rodrigues and Bergin had scored earlier to keep the Rangers in theĀ  game. Referees Sean Coles and Darryl Dawson calledĀ  23 minors. North York returns home tomorrow afternoon to play the Huntsville Otters.
