The Rangers put down another brick on their path to learning how to win on Saturday night as they edged out a 3-2 victory in Burlington.

Corey Kalk banked the puck in off of the Cougars goaltender 37 seconds into the third period to tie the game up at two apiece, and then niftily set up Chris Aitcheson in front of the net for the eventual game winner with just under two-and-a-half minutes remaining.

John Carpino had the other goal for the Rangers who have now won four straight.

With the win, the Rangers move into third place in the division ahead of idle Toronto Lakeshore with the chance to gain some more ground on Sunday afternoon when the boys in blue host the Mississauga Chargers.

Puck drop at the Herb is 3:00 pm.
